Eagles Pointe subdivision is a neighborhood in southern Durham, North Carolina just off of Highway 751 consisting of 117 single-family homes. The neighborhood Home Owners' Association Board of Directors consists of 5 members. All property owners in Eagles Pointe are members of the association.


Homeowner Dues

Dues are assessed annually and are currently $120, due on March 31st each year. The HOA assess and additional late fee of $25 for dues not paid within 60 days (May 30th).

Bills for the year (January 1 - December 31) are sent out in January and are due no later than March 31. Please see Article X, "Assessments" in the Eagles Pointe By-Laws for further explanation of yearly dues.

There are currently no plans for any other assessments.
